"Clean room and helpful staff"

"Only issue we had was there was a smell in the hallways and in the bathroom. Kind of a sewage smell or old water not sure. And also the parking. The parking garage was full and we had to find street parking which was difficult when you’re not familiar with the area. Especially on a Saturday night. Other than that everything was fine. Would stay here again. "

The lobby is gorgeous, and then you get to your room and the carpet is stained, the paper is peeling off the walls, and there were tiny holes in the sheets. My refrigerator didn’t even work. For the price…it’s not worth it at all. I will not be back. "

"This was our third stay at this hotel. We had to wait in the lobby during check-in for them to “inspect” our room. When we got to our room, the floor was sticky, there were no wash clothes, no soap, and the shampoo was empty. We called the front desk to ask for shampoo, waited 30 mins and they never showed up. We were trying to get ready to go out for dinner at this point. So, I went downstairs to get it from someone else. The lady that answered the phone about shampoo knocked on our door 2 hours later with the shampoo. It’s usually loud at the hotel with people yelling and thumping as well. I’m not sure if we’ll stay here again. "

"This place was perfect for our group of four adults and two kids. Plenty of space for playtime and movie night. We were able to easily walk to a park, grocery store, and some restaurants. Very short drives to the zoo and the museum center. Loves the entire experience. "

"I want to thank the front desk staff Rayven she was amazing!! We arrived earlier than expected because of an cancelled travel that shifted for earlier than expected. She did everything to make things less stressful and all the staff worked together to ensure the early check in. The room was very nice and clean. Loved the kitchen area equipped which we didn’t use because we were only there for a day attending the Cardi B concert. I will definitely stay here again. "
