"The room was very poorly lit. There were two small sconces by the bed, and two picture lights focused on artwork. In a room with dark blue walls and a dark wood ceiling it was very dim. There was nowhere to sit except the bed....no chairs. Our room wasn't serviced and they said they asked at check in but they did not."

"The room was clean but walking to the room there was several bad odors. I think because they have a kitchen people were cooking or burnt something. Staff very friendly and the room was fairly clean had to clean the shower as it had dark black hair in it. Otherwise the room was clean "

"Only 2 negative things. I didn't care for the eggs seemed like frozen omelet or the powder eggs. Greasy sausage. Fresh cooked would be healthier. Also, the walls are very this and guests are noisy. "

"Hotel was excellent, staff very helpful especially Mitch. Lovely spacious room. Breakfast was very good, plenty of variety. The only suggestion would be is to have bacon instead of sausage please. Would definitely stay again. "

"The room description does not do the room justice because it lacks helpful information. I got a 2-bedroom apartment/suite, but the description did not say how many bathrooms - it has two full bathrooms. It also has a washer and dryer (not mentioned in the description) with detergent packets so you can pack less clothing. The refrigerator had an ice maker (large ice cubes), super handy for filling water bottles before going hiking or spending all day in one of the national parks. The room was stocked with glasses (both plastic and glass), silverware, and a knife block set, and also had a dishwasher. One of the bedrooms has a king bed with a private bathroom, the other bedroom has two double beds, and the bedrooms have a ceiling fan to help with keeping cool when sleeping. Knowing these things before booking would have made the booking process less stressful; if I had known these things, I wouldn't have checked other hotels and would have booked this right away because it was exactly what we needed."

"Amazing experience!!! As a first time glamper, I really enjoyed all the amenities and the comfortable canvas tents. Each has a wood burning stove, which added to the ambiance and coziness. I am a fan and look forward to trying out there other properties!!!"

"Very clean rooms, pool area was very nice. The hallways were dirty, with dropped food etc. we were on the first floor though so maybe that is why?"
