"Hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Parkplatz im Hof, vorherige Kontaktaufnahme per WhatsApp, damit sichergestellt werden konnte, dass ein Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption ist. Zimmer geräumig. Im Hof eine kleine Sitzecke, um die Sonne zu genießen. Wir haben das Frühstück nicht genutzt, daher kann ich dazu nichts sagen. Bei Abreise haben wir einen Kaffee erhalten, sehr nett - danke!"

"Great location in Modena and a nice neighborhood. It's self check in but the staff was very responsive through WhatsApp. It rained one day so we greatly appreciate the umbrellas for borrow. We visited in the Fall and it was a bit chilly out. I don't know if it's a Modena thing or just the building - the AC doesn't turn on when the outside temperature is low. Yes we can open the windows but the mosquitoes came in. Also it would be nice to have lotion and one trash can in the bedroom area. Overall...

"We spent one night here on our way to Venice. This was a perfect place to stop and spend the day at the Ferrari museums. Close to the station and breakfast was included. An ideal option for our family of five(in two rooms). Very friendly and helpful staff. Good coffee too."
