"I wanted the smoking room for convenience, but from the lackluster greeting, to the questionable people hanging out in the stairwell (my room was on the 3rd floor.... elevator was out of service so you HAD to use the stairwell... idk if the man and woman were homeless... drug dealers or a pimp & lady of the night... but we passed them up on the way to the 3rd floor). The room itself?? ASHES IN THE BATHROOM SINK AND TUB, dirt and grime all over the furniture as if it hasn't been wiped down in weeks. Sticky floor. Blood stains on the bedframe/mattress. Mold in the freezer part of the mini fridge. I mean... the ac worked great and the sheets/linen was clean. BUT the NOISE!!! On top of all we seen (did I mention the security cameras did not have a light to indicate they were actually working?) YOU COULD NOT GET ANY SLEEP BECAUSE IT SOUNDED LIKE DOORS WERE SLAMMING IN THE ROOM ITSELF ALLLLLL. NOIIIIIGGGGGHHHTTTT. LLLLLLOOOONNNNNGGGGG. absolutely worst hotel experience ever. Never again."
