Villa Ricchiari is a recently renovated stone farmhouse in a very quiet but inhabited area just a few kilometres from Fasano (BR). The renovation has preserved the characteristic elements such as the stone star vaults. You will love the choice of building the swimming pool in front of the olive grove where you can admire the summer sunsets. The house has two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower on the ground floor in the main building. Spacious kitchen with every comfort and dining area with table in one room.
A staircase on the side of the house leads to the first floor where there is a sitting room with a fridge, followed by a double bed and a bathroom with a large shower. The windows offer views of the surrounding countryside. A further annex adjoining the house is newly built and has a double bed and bathroom with shower. Outside, a large patio, facing the pool, has a table and chairs, a peninsula with induction hob and wood-burning oven. Relaxation area with sofa and hammock. The swimming pool (5x10mt) is equipped with sun loungers and outdoor showers serving the garden.
Villa Ricchiari is only 500m from the famous Via Francigena; there are also several cycle paths near the property that lead to the sea, passing among majestic olive trees, in about 10 minutes by bike.
Despite the presence of Wi-Fi, the connection, as it is not fibre-optic, will be slower than with urban networks. . City Tax: € 2,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights
