Great location for a quiet area. Communication was great. Was perfect size for 7-8 people. The courtyard outside was a perfect for this apartment. The apartment could use some updating on the floors, as there was several loose wood pieces that come up. But otherwise good for the price we paid. Thank you 😊

Avoid the apartment if you’re only a couple.

It was confusing. I thought I had a room in the Inn but they were sold out and put us in a 3 bedroom apartment a few blocks away at a much higher price. I was disappointed. Much more than I needed but since I needed a room what else was I to do. I wish the commutation at booking time had been better. The apartment would work well for a family though. Very clean and well located in the center of the fun part of town

An sich super Apartment nur Check befriedigend

Ein sehr gut gelegenes und sauberes Apartment. Wir hatten zwei Toiletten im Apartment und konnten aber nur eins benutzen weil das Waschbecken in dem anderen WC undicht war und die ganze Zeit Wasser rausgetropft ist und den Boden und den Föhn nass gemacht hat. Nachdem ich in der Unterkunft am ersten Tag angerufen habe, hat man mir gesagt, dass man sich darum kümmern wird und jemand am nächsten Tag es reparieren wird. Dies ist nicht geschehen, was ich sehr schade fand. Das Apartment ist für 6 oder 7 Leute ausgelegt. Wir waren nur zu dritt, wären wir aber mehr gewesen, wäre es mit nur einem Bad wirklich schwer geworden. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind super nett. Ich hätte mir lediglich gewünscht, dass man besser kommuniziert hätte, dass der Check in nicht im Apartment erfolgt, sondern in einem Hotel, was so ähnlich heißt und 5 min entfernt ist. In einer Mail hieß es, wir müssten zu Lemon Tree Stay fahren und dort könnten wir die Koffer ablegen, weil wir früher als zum Check in Zeitpunkt da waren. Da sich Lemon Tree Stay und Lemon Tree Apartments sehr ähnlich anhört, kommt man erst gar nicht auf die Idee, dass es zwei unterschiedliche Orte sind. Deswegen war ich sehr verwirrt, als ich vor dem Apartment stand und niemand da war um aufzumachen. Erst nachdem ich angerufen habe, hat man mir gesagt, dass ich zu Lemon Tree Stay müsste und dass es nicht das gleiche wie das Apartment ist. Ich habe nach der Adresse gefragt und da hieß es, ja Googlen sie, dann finden sie es schon.

Bien mais pas de piscine

Bon séjour, sauf qu'il n'y avait pas la piscine comme sur les photos, ce qui était un élément qui nous avait décidé à choisir cet appartement, notamment pour les enfants. Sinon l'appartement est très agréable, mais il y fait très chaud, malgré les ventilateurs au plafond.

Location is great, the apartment is done with taste and elegant touch. Hints about areas to visit and places to eat etc were exhaustive and extremely helpful. I hope to stay there again. The whole family loved it.

Great Apartment in Faro

Fantastic apartment in middle of Old Town. Everywhere in Faro is a short walk from here. Flat is exceptionally clean - has lots of spare towels and bedding and a great terrace at the back as well as a small balcony on the front. Would highly recommend for groups!
