"Room was spacious and clean. Hot water in the shower is not great, it keeps alternating between hot and cold, so it doesn't provide a continuous flow of hot water. Breakfast was good, overall, good value for money."

"The stay was okay, but when checking out we had an incident where when returned a few minutes after checkout our key cards were no longer which was to be expected. So we went to front desk to ask for the keys to be enabled so we could get our luggage and bags. When we were told that they had no record of us being there and the room was showing as empty. We told them that’s not possible we had been there the past 2 nights and we needed to get to the train station as soon as possible. I get there...

"Don’t book. They will not honor your booking at property. They will ask you to pay again and get a refund from Expedia. Whole experience was horrific and would never ever stay here again. Also the hotel services and staff are an absolute zero"
