"We reserved a queen room and were upgraded to a king with a balcony. What a nice surprise! I called for help with the OpenKey app to open the front door. Friendly staff answered immediately and talked me through process while staying on the line. Stylish clean lobby. Simple white bedding with soft pillows. Clean tile bathroom with plenty of hot water and a rain shower head. The water pressure in the toilet was low but we managed. Hot Keurig coffee available in the lobby early am. We watched the sunrise from the balcony. The location is a block from Ocean Park where there is overnight parking. Shops nearby and 15 minute parking spaces out front for unloading luggage."

"This is a small, tight, but charming cottage in a nice neighborhood. The only downside is that the bathrrom is on the ground floor while the two bedrooms are on the second floor up/down a narrow, steep stairway. This wasn't a terrible problem, as the owner has done a good job of lighting and improving the stairway. But those with limited mobility would find this a challenge."

"Spacious funky loft with lots of room to be together. We were two middle-aged couples and four adult kids, and the space worked well with no kid having to share a bed. If we had younger/smaller children, or another couple we could easily have fit more. We loved the deck and yard and outdoor shower, the big bright kitchen and location so close to town. A very welcoming home with lots of personality!"

"There is clearly no care for safety/sanitation on this property. The stove top element do not work as they should, turning a typical one hour cook time into 3 1/2 hours. One of the only two large pots provided was rusted on the inside and trying to boil 8 quarts of water on the largest stove top element was frivelous. The grill was the filthiest and most hazardous grill I've ever HAD to use to cook a meal. The rear storm door was in such dis-repair it was hazardous and made it a chore to keep bugs out of the home. In the room with the bunk beds, the window latch was broken with a sharp edge and the roller shade looked like it was about to come out of the wall. The water pressure in the tub/shower is great, but the shower handle gushes out water. Lots of time had to be spent to figure out how to efficiently operate either of the televisions with the remotes and appartlety the hardwired ethernet failed after the first night. Couldn't any time enjoying the outdoors around the property because it was the most unkept yard/trees/bushes on the street, the deck was filthy, there were mutiple dangerous hidden trip hazards, old piles of leaves/trash around the entire perimeter, and a thorn bush at the driveway that was dangerous. What a herendous vacation this all created for my family and me."
