"This is not a traditional hotel in the sense that there's no front lobby staffed 24/7. It's a collection of rooms run I gather by a family. I arrived early and had to pay a bit additional to check in and wait until someone arrived (about 20 minutes) to get into the room. The room was small, but quite comfortable with a fridge and small kitchenette. I was even able to log into my Netflix on the TV, which was nice because there are no English channels. "If you need to spend a night between planes in Athens - this is a fantastic place to spend it. First of all, we were OUR people. No problem with checking in after 11PM! There were enough comfy beds for all of us. AC was perfect. There is a Nespresso capsule machine and plenty of capsules. Little snacks. Everything you need. Excellent internet. A lovely outside sitting area. A 15 minute drive to the airport! (which doesn't make the ride cheap, BTW) Truly excellent!"

"Property was amazing. The only thing I found odd was that the room door didn’t close (it has a weird key) but the hinge does not work. Also, main door needs to be unlocked from the inside with the key which is dangerous. In my case I left the key outside the door by mistake and my uber driver had to help me. The windows are shut so there was no way for me to get outside. Besides this, great location, very comfortable apartment :)"

"Check in war mühelos gung super einfach, Standort war auch mega gleich gegenüber vom Strand. Das Zimmer an sich war gut, es war genug platz und es war klimatisiert, es gab beim antreffen ein komischen Geruch im Zimmer aber nach dem Lüften war es angenehmer. Die Küche konnte bischen sauberer sein aber war nichts schlimmes. Badezimmer war schön und sauber allerdings hatte unsere toilette bei der Ankunft einen kleinen Leck wir haben dies auch gemeldet. Wir musste ein handtuch immer zur Toilette...

"I liked that it was within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Place was clean and well kept. However, was very noisy from others banging doors or talking downstairs. The internet wasn’t working and I could not get a response from management as to how to fix it."

"We had a great stay at Villa d'Irene on our last night in Greece. George picked us up and drove us back to the airport (for a fee) and was super helpful and accommodating. They are used to people just staying for a short time between flights, and he had great recommendations for the neighborhood. Our kids loved spending the morning playing at the pool before we headed to the airport to catch our flight."

"Our short stay in Modular Bungalows is excellent. The place is clean and comfortable. Family running business members are very nice. Welcome drinks and fruits. Arranging transfers from and to the airport even 3:30am in the morning for our early flight. The pool is nice and our unit has a private hot tub, super relaxing after a day of travel. Walking distance to beach and restaurants, they offered short rides as well. We highly recommend this place to stay near the airport."
