"This was such a lovely stay after a sailing trip. It has a beautiful view of the ocean and marina, and is easy to walk to from the marina. Rooms are nice and comfortable and ours had a beautiful balcony patio with a view. The owner was lovely and very helpful. He even provided a ride to the airport for a fee, super handy! Would stay again! "

Everything was great — the location is perfect, right in the center of Pizzo Calabro with lots of dining options just steps away. The room was clean and comfortable. The only thing I’d suggest is adding a dehumidifier or better ventilation, as the humidity was noticeable at times. Overall, a lovely experience!"

Our only recommendation for an improvement would be entrance signage. The marked entrance was closed with a gate and had a small sign indicating the new entrance. the new entrance wasn’t marked.

"Sono stata ospite in questa struttura per un corso di perfezionamento. Ho apprezzato molto che ci fosse un phon aggiuntivo, nel 3 stelle non è obbligatorio. Anche poter scegliere tra 3 diversi cuscini. Il materasso era leggermente scomodo, affondava un po’ troppo. E non c’è la possibilità di settare l’aria condizionata e il fan delle ventole era un po’ rumoroso. Ma nel complesso la struttura è perfetta!
