First off there are signs everywhere stating that you will be charged a $250 cleaning fee if your room smells like smoke. The whole hotel smells like stale smoke. Especially in the rooms. Awesome place. You're in a depression with most neighbors above you so very nice. The creek is nice. The only bad part was the whole area was ice due to the storms.
