The main problem was the hotel was very full and half of the elevators didn’t work (2 of 4). Waiting a number of minutes to get to the lobby from the 12th floor resulted in us going up to go down. A couple of elevators stopped to reveal they were full. Was told if we took the stairs, at the bottom when exiting we would set off an alarm. So we went up on an ascending elevator to go down. Location is great. "
