"The front office staff was efficient, but definitely not warm and friendly. No warm greetings and no smiles. I spent a career in Customer Service and I think they need more work. The hotel advertised a heated pool. There was nothing heated about that pool."

Instructions on the stove top, we figured it out but it doesn't cook very quickly and would keep turning off, would be nice if there were more dishwasher soap and trash bags bc we ate all our meals there and washed dishes daily would be nice to have a place to hang coats etc by the bench and somewhere to put skisice maker doesn't make very much ice,over alll great wxperience"

"Cozy stay with everything we needed and prime location to all things Winter Park. Ski locker storage on site was very convenient. Hot tub pool after a day on the slopes was a nice perk. Seamless checkin/ checkout process and great communication with host. Highly recommend."
