"The breakfast was minimal, but worked. There were a bunch of holes in the walls and the hallway walls were VERY dirty and run down. I am not a snoody hotel person, but I would not stay there again."

"Requested a ground floor room at the time of reserving room (limited mobility/very difficult to climb stairs) a month prior to stay. Requested again when we checked in via mobile. Upon physical checking in to retrieve room key we were informed our room was upstairs. I informed desk clerk of the 2 requests and he replied sorry, unfortunately all of our staff doesn't pay attention to special requests. Very apologetic offered to assist with baggage. Then we get into room and to doesn't work..clerk came and fiddled with it, tv came on but only one frigging channel worked, "ESPN!" Miserable stay, won't be staying there again. No compensation at all was offered!"

"Really love our stay here to enjoy downtown. Walking distance to convention center, movies, restaurants, bars, breweries, and all the fun things to do in Downtown Visalia. So easy to get an Uber if you want to go anywhere else without taking a car. Parking structure on site, but the reserved ones closest to hotel for guests fill up fast."

"Staff was really helpful nice and tentative. Treadmill was rocking so I couldn’t use it and the hot tub didn’t work. We also found bugs in our room Will not stay again I do not do bugs"

"I stayed in a downstairs room, king bed (very comfortable) The shower was very big and adjustable shower head. The outdoor pool was clean but to cold to swim in the afternoon. Breakfast was scrambled eggs, sausage links, country potatoes and French toast sticks. 4 different juices to choose from. Breads and muffins. Coffee. All very tasty"

"They ask for a $60 Cash Deposit. So if you are going to check late at night and you do not have cash they will make you go to an ATM and get cash before you can check in. This is their policy to collect Cash at the time of check in, so make sure you bring cash"
