I want to give a special thanks to the owners of this property.. The room was clean and well kept and the room was clean and spacious.. The most important part of this property it was very quiet and on the main street and easy access to the local shops

Like others said, it is an old motel that is somewhat refurbished. It was clean, though, and no unwanted critters running around. Be sure to bring your own shampoo, etc. Only bar soap supplied and no coffee machine. The microwave and mini-fridge were fine.

OK for Short Stay

We just needed one night in the Eustice area. Someone had rated it a 10, and the price was right, so we booked it. It's a "fixed up" old motel. Check-in was easy enough. Bed was fairly comfortable. TV worked. Has refrigerator & microwave. Bathroom lacked a little. Manager was nice enough to provide an additional pillow (3 provided on king bed) - due to them being flat.

The place is not nice at all it says it was a hotel and it ended up been a Motel. I hate the smell in the room and it looks disgusting, the bed sheets had stains, after 3 hrs of check in we left, I wouldn't dare to sleep in that bed. We didn't feel safe either.

This so called hotel is absolutely disgusting. Filthy dirty rooms stains on the bedding and walls several broken things in the room. I couldn’t stay there and let and found another hotel nearby.

Good price

We were a little skeptical upon arrival. Reviews were mixed. At check in the young lady was very kind and said I could inspect the room before deciding to stay. The room was very clean. Including the bathroom. Older motel but well kept. Only ding is the pillows are horrible, flat pancakes.

Advertised early check in but once I got too the location after midnight, I was not able to check in and was told I had to wait several hours to check in after I explained I was not from the area and I had no where to go wait. Terrible experience I would never recommend. Expedia was not any help either.

The Royal Inn--You Don't Want to Stay There

I was unhappy with this motel because the room was very small and dark. It didn't have a hair dryer so I went to the front desk to ask if they had one I could use--they did not! I went to Walmart and bought one. When I took a shower, the pressure of the water was terrible, and it was hard to rinse my hair. I also had to buy a bar of soap. I checked out after one night and would like a refund for the nights that I did not stay there.

Literally the wors motel I have ever been. I travel a lot and like old time motel to give back to the community.I stayed based on the reviews. The sheets were all soiled along with the pillows. Pulled back the sheets and I saw bugs. But before this we asked for additional towels and we're told that they don't have extras. The towels were also soiled. The curtains where not on.hooks. The girl at the desk was not the friendliest and acted as if she was bothered. To scared to stay here, so we obtained other accommodations. I am giving a real review for this place so buyer beware.
