"The lobby area is beautiful and looks recently updated. We did not get to use the outdoor pool during our stay because it was chilly but it was a gorgeous pool. "Basic room and bathroom but clean. Pillows are a joke! Bar is odd - you have to que up and go to the side to get served - ie they won’t serve you from the bar stool !! Breakfast is very busy, food is ok. Staff try hard in which must be a difficult job as most people are like locusts running around the food area like a race track. Not the best experience but that’s not the hotels fault. Lights in the evening are nice so is the entertainment for children."

"The room was entered into whilst at the gym, cash & credit card stolen. There is no safe in the room. Staff couldn't have been more unhelpful. Requested keycard log. They took a very long time to produce it, long enough to tamper with? Log then showed no entry by any staff keycard. CCTV requested, none in corridors only elevators. "The only problem with this property is that Wi-Fi; it did not work and for the entire stay we were there (4 nights and 5 days), the property did not bother to fix it. Not sure this is a France problem, but having to rely on your roaming while traveling international country, it was problematic. If you have to work while traveling, avoid this hotel--I believe some other traveler had the similar review."
