The Space:

Parking is FREE after 6 pm.  A full day of parking is only $10.  The City uses the Passport Parking App for parking.  Simply download the App and pay Once for the full day.  You can come and go and park in any space (60+ metered spaces available).  There are spaces right in front of the building, although, you will need to find an open space.  Spaces are typically not difficult to find after 3 pm.  There is also free public parking on North Main Street, although, it is a bit of a walk.

This upstairs, 2-room suite is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Eureka Springs on Main Street.  It is located in the Harken Lodging building.

The Neighborhood:

This suite is located in a premier location!  You are 50 feet away from The Grand Tavern... which is one of the best restaurants in Eureka Springs.  Also, at the top of the stairs (aka Tibbs Alley), you will find the Grotto Wood Fired Grill and Wine Cave. 



If you are coming to Eureka Springs to enjoy downtown shopping and entertainment then this is the place for you!  The stairway going past your front entrance (Tibbs Alley Staircase) leads directly to the very center of the best shopping on Spring Street.  Also, your choices for evening entertainment are endless.  Walk to any of the best restaurants in Eureka. Catch live music - up the Rainbow Staircase is Missy's White Rabbit Lounge with delectable libations and groovy tunes, and New Delhi Cafe is one block down the street and typically provides live music every weekend during season.  You will be close enough to faintly hear the strumming of the guitar from the steps to your door.  Feel like dancing the night away?  Eureka Live is also across the street and is one of the best dance venues in town.  



You will also find yourself in the middle of the art gallery district.  There are at least 10 galleries within easy walking distance.  Come on the second Saturday of the month and enjoy live music in Basin Spring Park and join the artists and gallery owners for their evening gallery stroll.  



By now you can tell that Eureka will be at your fingertips; yet, if you came to relax and simply enjoy the architecture and peacefulness of town, this suite also provides plenty of privacy.  You will be undisturbed on the second floor, able to watch all the coming and going from above.  There are several spas and massage therapists located nearby as well.



In summary, the Tibbs Landing is quintessential Eureka Springs.  It is THE destination of choice for art lovers, mountain bikers, foodies, entertainment seekers, and hide-a-way book readers.  Above all, it is the perfect place to have a unique and memorable experience in Eureka Springs.



Getting Around:

Eureka Springs has a great trolly system, and you are in the heart of the downtown in an Ozark Mountain Town. You will need to climb stairs to access this unit. As with all Vacation Rental Properties, Guests acknowledge that activity on the Property carries with it the potential for injury due to unfamiliar terrain and layout.  The topography in the area has frequent changes in elevation requiring steps and walkways that conform to the landscape, therefore, please use caution and familiarize yourself with all areas of the property.  We keep the property maintained, although, all liability is waived, and you are accepting the property with no assurances.



Other Things to Note:

Travel Tip - Midweek rates are lower than weekend rates - try adjusting your travel dates to view the best rates.



IMPORTANT - There is no parking provided at this rental. You can find close parking downtown at either a parking meter or a private lot.  There are options to pay for extended periods with an app on your phone for metered spots.
