"AVOID THE HOTEL VERSION OF A SUPERMARKET SELF SERVICE TILL.
No staff AT ALL on site. You’re sent a code to get in. The room was horrid. Broken bed, rips in curtain. Leaking toilet, broken toilet seat and sink plug. Heavily stained carpet. I ARRIVED but if you needed to speak to someone, you had to ring a number. I was later getting there because of London traffic so I quickly changed to meet for a sound check. "The rooms are spotlessly clean and very comfortable, everything you need for a restful stay. The staff are really helpful and friendly from check in to check out. The food is all cooked to order with a good choice on the menu. Would definitely return when in the area."
