"Breakfast was probably the best feature of the hotel. Bar had sufficient choice of drinks. My room was clean and serviced daily but had absolutely no storage places for clothes etc. "

"The hotel is stunning, the staff are attentive & professional. The bar was well stocked & reasonably priced. The room (executive room) was well equipped. Luxury robes & toiletries, spacious & air conditioning. But as with most large chain hotels obvious details in design are missed - huge mirrors and dressing tables supported by normal hairdryer - except there was no available plug socket anywhere near. Ditto the luxury espresso machine, great but tea drinkers using the kettle would be stumped with no socket again. And why is the only bin in the bathroom, nothing for tea/coffee debris etc Returning to hotel at 11pm to find bar closed was disappointing but we put it down to being a Sunday. Overall the stay was superb and we’d definitely use it again for city trips."

"Great location for access from Paddington Station. On bus and tube routes into London Centre. Hotel reception staff very professional answering all questioning. Security was excellent, rooms clean, beds comfortable and showers hot and great pressure. Breakfast was plentiful and hot. We stayed 4 nights and would recommend. "

"This place isn’t fancy or full of amenities, but it is consistently clean, comfortable, convenient and really good value. I’ve stayed here twice, almost 3 years apart, and it remains a charming option in a busy area full of overpriced hotels. The staff is super friendly and kind. I would stay here again. "
