This is a terrific property. Incredibly clean. Incredibly well furnished and very comfortable with a great jacuzzi in unit, and shared hot tub on deck, shared only by a few rooms. The surroundings are amazing.

We had black bear cabin and when we walked in, it smelled of cedar it was immaculately cleaned, and you could hear the water flowing over the rocks. The hot tub was wonderful up and running when we got there overall great experience highly recommend.

We loved our stay at The Inn of Fall River. We stayed in Bear Cabin. It was absolutely perfect. Right on the water, hot tub was clean and lovely, and the cabin was stocked with all the necessities. They even left us some coffee and coffee filters. This place is also very convenient to town and to the RMNP. I highly recommend this place!

check in and check out was a breeze. The suites were big, very beautiful and recently built. We went off season, so it wasn’t crowded in town or in RMNP. It was a perfect spot to rest close to town. It isn’t remote or wooded, but it is very accessible.
