We stayed in a single room with a Queen by the river. In-unit heaters and A/C were provided, along with a fan, mini refrigerator, coffee pot with coffee, silverware, and a wood-burning fireplace. We loved hearing the river at night. The bed could have been more comfortable, but overall a good stay - every peaceful and relaxing.

This is a terrific property. Incredibly clean. Incredibly well furnished and very comfortable with a great jacuzzi in unit, and shared hot tub on deck, shared only by a few rooms. The surroundings are amazing.

We had black bear cabin and when we walked in, it smelled of cedar it was immaculately cleaned, and you could hear the water flowing over the rocks. The hot tub was wonderful up and running when we got there overall great experience highly recommend.

We loved our stay at The Inn of Fall River. We stayed in Bear Cabin. It was absolutely perfect. Right on the water, hot tub was clean and lovely, and the cabin was stocked with all the necessities. They even left us some coffee and coffee filters. This place is also very convenient to town and to the RMNP. I highly recommend this place!

We staying in the Black Bear Cabin. We loved how clean it was, and the amenities it had. The staff were wonderful, and attentive! I wished we could have had more privacy from the work shed next to the cabin, but other than that it was wonderful! We will definitely be staying again.
