One room is equipped with 2 pull-out beds (2 persons, 2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning, and forced-air heating. The open kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, and a bar area, all with air conditioning and forced-air heating. There is also a shower/WC on this level. Upstairs, you will find a room with a french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, as well as another room with a french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC. The second upper floor features a pergola and an exit leading to the terrace and another pergola.
