"The hotel was a bit dated. However it was clean and breakfast was adequate. The spa/ pool was average but clean. The staff were not particularly helpful. A request for a late checkout was immediately met with a response £10 extra charge. When I asked for another towel at the pool, to replace the wet towel, this was denied. Small personal extras could have made this stay feel luxurious but instead it felt like a budget stay."

"Clean and tidy room. Warm corridors but air conditioned rooms, which worked well in my room. Staff friendly, lift noisy, car park not the easiest to find. Google maps directions to it are inadequate."
