"GREAT staff. Super kind, helpful and accommodating with a request for early breakfast items for my daughter who had a very early powerlifting meet. Pool looked nice. Room was updated and clean. Beds were comfortable. We ended up here for 2 days of our 3 day stay after an extremely bad situation at a different hotel. I wish we could have stayed the whole time but they were booked our last night. We had to be in Kenner for our event but I will stay here if I am ever in NOLA again."

"This place might as well be a motel, trashy, nothing restocked, all front desk workers were terrible and rude. Pictures online are not accurate. "

"I love the location but the rooms should be cheaper due to the phone not working. The door didn't shut close all the way. We had a couple of insect's and roaches in our room. They came in through the crack of the front door. Other than that I love the place "

"Staff in the morning shift on 04/09/2026 is very unprofessional. They have not idea how treat the customer. I received the email from hotel this morning if I want to do late check out. The was offered $ 30.00 for late check out at 4.00pm. When I went to desk to accept they told they don’t know anything about. In the very rude way. Staff very unpleasant with customer. I hope hotel ownership knows. They really need care the customer right "

"I got in late at night. Room was clean, the bedding very comfortable and the gym had everything I needed. I will say it's an older property and you can see it in the hallways but the room was great. I would stay here again As a heads up the bottled water in the room isn't free unless you have a certain Hilton status... just go down to the gym and grab a cold bottle from the fridge in the gym. "
