The parking was a great value and we utilize the airport shuttle, which is very convenient. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and attentive. For the price, the room was also very good. I would utilize the parking and hotel again."

"If it wasn't for the location, right next to the convention center, we would not have stayed here. The room was ok, the air conditioning was pretty bad (it either ran constantly and the room was uncomfortably freezing or we had to have it turned off) and there was a cockroach in our room day 1. We were unable to move, as there were no other rooms available, and our compensation was 4 bottles of water and a bottle of milk. The shuttle times were not helpful, 8am - 4pm, which meant we weren't able to use it ever. And there was never breakfast - always said closed."
