Arrived to an uncleaned apartment with all of the beds used, food/pans on the stove and garbage in the front entry way that stunk. Asked for a refund and was told I had to go through hotels.com which meant another hour in the phone. Still have not been refunded my tourist taxes despite repeatably asking. "This beautiful old hotel is in an excellent location for exploring the Dolomites. We loved the view from the room, and breakfast had plenty of choices. The hotel is located above a small store, so you can easily find snacks, sandwiches or gelato. The only thing lacking was the ability to make coffee in our room."
