"Cozy and Comfortable condo with updated bathrooms and kitchen. Nice to have the AC unites in the bedroom during hot summer. They are noisy when they kick in but also kept things nice and cool so will take it! Kitchen is reasonable well appointed for basic food prep. There is some Tupperware. Back porch is lovely and relaxing. Unit is close to the Olympic pool and a short walk from the amenities at the Sun Valley Inn. Nice to be in the first floor directly across from the laundry. Building and neighbors were quiet. Would definitely stay here in the future!"

"We had a nice stay overall. The unit is small, but it was comfortable for the two of us and worked well for our two-night visit. It was also very quiet, which we appreciated.A few things to be aware of: there is no central A/C. During the Idaho summer heat, the portable A/C unit that vents through the window wasn't able to keep the room cool during the day. However, the evenings cooled off enough that opening the windows made it comfortable overnight. The bathroom floor is also very creaky, and the refrigerator is quite small. None of these were major issues for our short stay, but they may be worth considering if you're planning a longer visit.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found it to be a good option for a short, quiet getaway."

"Everything was as listed. This is a very nice studio condo. It is a short walk to the Sun Valley Village. It is also a pleasant walk (2 miles) to downtown Ketchum. There is also bus service to Ketchum near by."
