Great stay at Smart Inn

Extremely friendly front desk. Breakfast was included in my package. They also provide bicycle in case you wish to go around. Have Gazebo to relax & sit outside. Have adjacent Italian/Indian restaurant. Lidl supermarket is also nearby at 350 m distance.

EU-standards meets Bavarian charm

Everything was perfect, I really enjoyed this beautiful hotel, which has so much Bavarian character and is super quiet and cozy with a home, sweet home atmosphere. The staff was super nice and I will be definitely coming back.

A brilliant little hotel that oozes charm. The hotel has lots of personality and is quite different from the generic mass consumption hotels. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, there is a communal fridge that can be used, a small library, a terrace, and a lovely little garden. Breakfast was great and had plenty of choices, drinking water bottles are provided for free in the room, and the beds are comfortable. I was very happy with the hotel and I felt more like a guest in an acquaintance's large house rather than in a hotel.

Kleines Zimmer, an dem die Spuren der Zeit nicht unsichtbar vorbeigegangen sind. Am meisten hat mich gestört, dass das Zimmer nicht sehr angenehm gerochen hat. Und das hat sich leider auch nicht geändert, als ich das Fenster geöffnet habe. Frühstück mit großer Auswahl sehr preisgünstig. Die Kaffeemaschine steht leider nicht im Frühstücksraum - worauf man aber nicht hingewiesen wird.

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen, der Check In verlief unproblematisch und unsere Fragen bezüglich Parkplätzen und Nahverkehr wurden geduldig beantwortet. Unser Zimmer war sauber, ruhig gelegen und genau wie beschrieben. Das Frühstück war sehr gut organisiert und reichlich mit großer Auswahl. Wir waren zufrieden und denken gerne an den Besuch zurück.

Kleines Hotel mit kleinen Mängeln

Nettes kleines Hotel in einem abgelegenen Stadtteil von Erlangen. Wir hatten als Familie ein großes Dreibettzimmer. Leider waren die Matratzen völlig durchgelegen. Die Heizung funktionierte nicht, aber es war ein Heizlüfter vorhanden. Die Rolläden an einem Fenster waren defekt. Daher war es relativ dunkel im Zimmer. Frühstück ok, aber der Frühstücksraum war zu klein und es gibt nur eine langsame Kaffeemaschine. Warten war angesagt.
