There were a million kids at the hotel for sports events while we were there, and that was frustrating because they were all over the common areas the entire time, but that's not the hotel's fault. Just be aware if you are looking for quiet time. Only bummer was that the store/coffee shop closes super early so if you need anything (drinks, etc.) you need to plan ahead of time. Room was clean and comfortable with a nice view of greenery. "

"The elevator did not work for our entire stay (eight nights). We were housed on the top floor. It was inconvenient. Guest services (personnel) were very kind and helpful. The hotel is located in an area with nearby (walkable) restaurants, coffee shops, grocers and movie theater."
