"I booked this hotel based on its advertised location in Envigado, which is known for its convenient access, warmer climate, and overall desirability. Unfortunately, this information was misleading.
The hotel is actually located in Rionegro, which is a completely different area with a colder climate and a less convenient location for travelers expecting to stay near Envigado and Medellín. Had the true location been clearly stated, I would not have made this reservation.

"I can't talked about the hotel, i only can tell you, i was lost to get to the hotel, and when I called to the hotel to get the exact location, they told me they don't any vacants until 2024. Thanks God that i could contact Karla from Customer Service by email(because i don't have phone service in Colombia) and she do the process with me to put me in another hotel. She was extremely helpful."
