"when i got to the hotel and into the room the a/c was not working in the room i was giving. I was switched to another room and the a/c did not work in it either. The manager said he could upgrade me but it will cost a little more and i told him you have to be kidding me. Finally got into a room with a/c that worked. I was also told i needed a deposit when i was checking in. I had cash but he did not know how to give a receipt. So i told him i will be very upset if i did not get my deposit back...
