A little about our family home, we have a lovely spacious house 3 BEDROOM 2 BATH PLUS A OUTDOOR SHOWER.
Our home is spacious and has a great room and a Billiard room. There is a guest cottage ( If you need additional space which is available for rent separately on this site it is a 1/1 #7001915 ) which was the original home on the property sits adjacent to the Beach House. This is our family home and we take great pride in both of them! The House and the Cottage sit independent on a large double lot and are in a excellent location being 150 feet from beach. It is very private and unique because of the location and all of the landscaping. We purchased the house several years ago from a local artist who had it for 32 years and have redone it while keeping it's Old Florida Beach House charm. It is a rare find on the key because of it's quite location in a residential neighborhood as well as its 2 lots give you lots of open area with botanical gardens making you feel like your in you own private beach compound. It is located 1/2 mile from the state park and 1/2 of a mile from the restaurants, bars with live entertainment and shops.
The BEST PART is you will find yourself a "stone's throw" 60 steps (150 ft) from a wide private beach on the Gulf of Mexico.
Since this is our family vacation home you will find it's like being in a friend’s home not a hotel. The home has also been completely redone is furnished like a home not like a rental. It has been renovated and decorated beyond any other home available for rent!! You will find everything you will need with the exception of a beach towel and your clothes. (ALL ROOMS HAVE SMART TV's AND WIRELESS INTERNET) Also this is the ONLY rental home that we know of with a BILLIARD ROOM, featuring a beautiful Brunswick drop pocket pool table.
