"There is no air conditioning in the room, and the windows cannot be opened. There is only a small fan, which is not enough to cool or ventilate the room. The room is extremely hot, humid, and very uncomfortable, and I do not feel that these conditions are safe or acceptable. I understand that the property may not normally provide AC, but with no way to open the windows and only a small fan, there needs to be another solution. Please reconsider this and either provide proper air conditioning or move us to a room with adequate ventilation and cooling. Staying in a hot, humid room with no fresh airflow is not okay. I would really appreciate this being addressed as soon as possible. Thank you."

"The room was as advertised, easy to access, clean and comfortable. There were no staff present but a text message was responded to quickly and helpfully. Only moan is the free parking just means street parking which is unregulated 3pm to 11am but if you stayed more than 1 night you would have to find alternative parking during the 11-3 period. Overall excellent value and would happily stay again."

"The accommodation we had was a triple room with 3 single beds. It was a reasonable size and had a fridge and a kettle with tea and coffee provided. The beds were comfortable and the linen and towels provided were very clean. The staff were polite and friendly and when any request was made they acted immediately or as soon as they could. The parking was free although the area was small and would hold probably 4 cars. Kathleen House was approximately 10 minutes walk from Enfield Town Station where the overground was easy to use and it was very easy to transfer to the underground at stations further down the line. If we were to got to London again we would not hesitate to go to Kathleen House again."
