"Rooms were advertised as "soundproof" but they were not"

"There was no body soap in the dispenser. Also, our room was near some very noise doors so housekeeping or whoever that kept slamming doors all morning made for sleep issues."

"Comfort Suites was a very nice place to stay. Our only complaint was that the hallway to the front desk was a bit dirty. Everything else was clean and the staff was wonderful. "

"We changed rooms to a jacuzzi tub tub was dirty floors have nails stick out after staff was told rooms have no lights, doors dont realky lock "

"We experienced an issue with our initial room assignment with a very strong cleaning solution that was used . I developed shortness of breath, chest pain and a rash about an hr infuse the room . We met with the front desk manager who was so kind , attentive and helpful - kudos to Andrea !! She immediately responded and provided us with another room which we were grateful for. She’s a 20/10 !!! For customer service. The breakfast options were great , tasty and the coffee was outstanding!! Staff we spoke with were cordial, friendly and polite… On check out we were greeted with a “ how was your stay “ a thank you for staying and wishing us a safe trip home. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area .👏👏"

"I will definitely return to this hotel if ever in this area. It had a lovely social hour when we got there,complete with wine, snacks and the company of other friendly residents. We had a very quiet room, and used the fitness room which was small but very adequate. I’d give it a 5 out of 5!"

"Excellent area near hotel to walk dog. The entry door at the rear of the building never opens with a card key. Annoying because it’s been like this for at least two years. Handicap bath was excellent for shower,etc TV is difficult to operate without instructions for older folks. Overall, we always like to stay here when traveling to Florida. "
