"NO RECORD OF BOOKING EVEN THOUGH DONE THROUGH EXPEDIA (PAY ON ARRIVAL).EVEN THOUGH SHOWN BOOKING NUMBER WOULD NOT ACCEPT. ONE OF THE STAFF CAME FROM THE SAME VILLAGE and knew brother in laws family AND REALISED THEY HAD MADE A MISTAKE , EVENTUALLY WERE GIVEN THE ROOM .THE FAMILY WERE TOLD NOT TO USE OVEN,TV OR DRYER FIRST NIGHT.THE COMPLEX HAD NO CONTACT NUMBER ON EXPEDIA. EVENTUALLY DAY2/3 OWNER ARRIVED AND WAS ALL APOLOGIES AND BOUGHT THEM A MEAL AND DRINKS HAD THE CHILDREN LEARN TO SWIM IN...

"We really enjoyed our stay in Ban chang st the Hideaway. Hotel was great nearly new and was spotlessly clean. The staff could do enough to help and the food was good. Great pool! They also have a tuk tuk to take you a bit further a field at your request. Thanks for the great experience! "

"Although our room was a bit small, the ocean view was awesome. However, the nearest accessible beach is about a KM away. The pool was clean but had a number of damaged tiles. The underground parking was a nice amenity. Overall, an excellent value for the price."

"Baan Sooksiri Bangsaray was a great boutique style resort with largely everything you would want. Good value for money and we will stay again."

"Huge open room. Nice and new looking. Reminds me of a condo. Your own parking space/garage then go upstairs above it to your room. Nothing bad about it except you have to have a car or motorbike or like to walk far because its a bit outside of town and nothing immediately nearby."

The location is also easy to find just follow the GPS many restaurants nearby have a nice coffee shop as well with walking distance, good value for money the owner very kind we ask for extra bed with no charge. We will be back soon."
