The service staff were very polite. The food was middle of the road with some exceptions. The room had excellent layout. Spa experience can be improved. Similar hotels in the area have excellent spa areas and services. This hotels spa is rather a small left over space with minimal decoration and aura. Prices are quite high compared to facility.

We were two guests in a small room - 1 towel and 1 sheet and no window. Nk water between 11:30-1 on a Friday - ok but should have been given a heads up. Laundry is just washer with no real place to hang dry.
