Renovated 84-square-meter apartment just 2 minutes from the banks of the Rhine, with a terrace

Our vacation rental is located in the center of Erbach on a quiet side street. The apartment is on the first floor/mezzanine level and is accessible via an outdoor staircase with 12 steps. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, measures 84 square meters, and features an outdoor terrace. It was completely renovated and refurnished in 2023/2024.

1 bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), a closet (with a small safe), a dresser, and a TV.
1 bedroom with a bunk bed measuring 90 x 200 cm (max. weight 80 kg per person), making it suitable for both children and adults.
Fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic cooktop and convection oven, dishwasher, toaster, capsule coffee maker, electric kettle, and a refrigerator with a large freezer compartment (2 drawers); a microwave is also available. Spices, dish soap, and dishwasher tabs are provided.
Dining area in the kitchen for 4 people.
Living room with a large TV and a separate dining area for 4 people, featuring a pull-out table. The living room also includes a sleeper sofa that sleeps 2 people.
The naturally lit bathroom features a walk-in shower and is equipped with a hair dryer.
Wi-Fi is, of course, available.
Towels and bed linens are provided. An ironing board and iron are available.
The minimum rental period is 2 nights.
