"Nice family oriented hotel, 5 min walk from the beach. Good set of swimming pools. However they can be a bit noisy at times as there is a constant schedule of activities & music. The breakfast buffet had good choices and variety. The only negative was that my room was in the 7th floor but the lift only services to floor 6th. I would have like to know this in advance Staff was helpful and polite. The parking has an extra cost per day."

"Our view of the eclipse was left to whims of the weather but we got lucky. It was spectacular. Our accommodations were not left to chance and I highly recommend RH Silene Hotel & Spa in Castellon de la Plana. The staff was most helpful and most spoke Spanish and English. The hotel is a short walk to the beach and also has two pools. The buffet meals were delicious and I recommend the half board which gives you breakfast and your choice of lunch or dinner on a daily basis."

"Overall good. Had some issues with the WiFi connection but it got resolved in the end. Bathroom and room are ok, however the TV was not in front of the bed but in the hallway which was odd."

"Check in was quick and the staff member on reception was extremely helpful both at check-in and afterwards. One of our 3 rooms (401) suffers road traffic noise from early morning and is also next to the lift. The air conditioning in all three rooms is noisy but was not too obtrusive. Service at the reception bar was slow at times as the only two staff were also working in the restaurant, they were extremely helpful but had too much to do for two people. Overall it was a pleasant stay, the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable and every member of staff we spoke to was very professional. We would stay again. And the eclipse was everything we expected."
