"The location is great if you want to check out the Inner Harbor area or attend a Ravens/Orioles game. It was an easy walk to both. The front desk staff was very helpful after my initial phone call. Park in the Harbor Court Garage but don't scan the QR code on the wall signs (even though the signs say you have to). When you check-in, tell them you parked in the garage and give them your license plate number and you can get a better rate through the hotel. The front desk didn't tell me any of that when I called about where to park. The hotel also has valet but we didn't use it. The property itself is a little older and the showing some wear and tear. No overhead lights in the rooms, just a bunch of switched lamps. No nightlight in the bathroom - the light is either on or off. There's a bathtub in the bathroom and the caulk is gray and the surface is chipped. The shower knob was loose/not attached well. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the view of the harbor was nice from our 8th-floor room. We would return."

"The hotel was good, the number of elevator was not enough. We spend a lot of time waiting for it to come. The breakfast was ok, waffle are only on weekend, not week day. During the week day you get silverware and the weekend, plasticware. That said, it is clean, the room was great, and people were nice ( the person at the counter forgot to give us the breakfast tickets, but it was quickly fix the next morning)."

"Called them…cancelled the reservation because I got off my Amtrak train one station earlier….a relative found a hotel next to the station…not 30-40 minutes away by taxi And the train was delayed until about midnight"

"My stay was outstanding overall, distinguished in particular by the hotel’s exceptionally thoughtful response to a non-functioning air-conditioning unit on my second night. The staff handled the matter with admirable composure, urgency, and discretion, ensuring that an unexpected inconvenience did not detract from the quality of the visit. Once it was evident that the unit could not be restored promptly, the team took decisive action and graciously arranged an upgrade to a superior room. The relocation was executed with impressive efficiency and genuine consideration for my comfort, schedule, and overall experience. Rather than diminishing the stay, the situation underscored the hotel’s commitment to refined hospitality and meaningful guest care. The attentiveness, professionalism, and solution-oriented approach of the staff were truly commendable. I am sincerely grateful for the upgraded accommodations and would welcome the opportunity to return."
