"Overall a wonderful stay and would absolutely come again! Beautiful resort with absolutely stunning views and rooms. Spa is fairly priced and excellent. Location very near little Adam’s peak makes for a convenient sunrise walk. Staff all around very good and made the stay welcoming. "Ella is a dream and this property was so nice! The whole ambiance is beautiful and calming. They even have a garden on the premises. Our room has a magnificent view great for watching the sunrise. I opted to watch from outside near the garden. It was so magical to watch the Sun rise while listening to the birds serenade in the background and faint Buddhist chants growing gradually louder as the Sun came up! I highly recommend this property for your stay in Ella and wish we could have stayed...

"Amazing "

"While the location was good, the hotel was a huge disappointment and the room looked nothing like the photos..the bed had 2 small, old and flat pillows. The sheets were poor quality and pilled. No cover other than the top sheet and nor surface to even put my toothbrush down on in the bathroom.,plus the toilet was loose and moved when you sat down. The breakfast was horrible also.,pick another place.lots to choose from."

"Decent hotel with a great view and nice spacious rooms... not too far from city center, but too far to walk as there is a bit of traffic. Breakfast and amenities could be better for the price."

"I normally don’t write a reviews but this was the worst accommodation so I decided to write. I’m traveling all around Asia and this was the most stressful experience I’ve ever had in my life. First of all, room is not clean at all, towels smells awful ( it’s like someone’s already use it before), many ants climbing up on bed, and the worst thing is so many species of insects. We couldn’t sleep because of the many insects and mosquitoes. You can find much more better accommodation with this...

"The rooms are not very well equipped and are not clean"

"The worst hotel in the entire universe..toilet smelling..gave used soap wrapped in tissue, no fridge, no vanity, broken shower head, to go to toilet, have to cross wet shower floor, flies sitting all over breakfast food, no tissue, no face towel, no hand towel, reception did not talk, did not provide any information, asked bell boy about dinner, he said buffe, but when went to restaurant, no buffe..only fried rice and pasture..had to abandon the restaurant and went for dinner in the town. "I showed up and they were not expecting us- the property had changed hands and the owner did not have access to the hotels.com account. Then, they said we hadn't paid enough, that the rooms prices has increased, and instead of the two rooms we had booked and paid for, we would be given one."

"Great property for a quick stay. It is not a luxiourious stay, however the owners are kind and served an amazing breakfast. And the location is amazing. We would stay here in a pinch again! Would have given 5 stars, however we had a small issue with some ants in the washroom. "
