Good stop for a road trip

It was just what we needed for an overnight stay. The room was clean. The bathroom was also clean and updated. Complimentary breakfast was good with a pancake/waffle station.

The room was nice and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the hotel seems to have some long term residents that are otherwise homeless. The back of the hotel had these people hanging out in the parking lot. It felt a little sketchy so we moved our vehicle to the front and had no issues.

The price was quite reasonable and the room was better than expected. Comfortable bed, no lumps or dips. There were some improvements being done, which is good. The breakfast area looked basic, but a waffle machine and cereal is all I would need. Starbucks right across the street with great staff. Location is right off the highway and very close to good dining options. Staff was good. My only complaint was putting me in a room next to someone they knew they were going to kick out. I use ear plugs but my daughter was awoken by police at midnight kicking out the person in the room next door. I was not woken up, though. I recommend for an overnight stop.

Good, no frills stay with no issues. I would stay again for a football weekend. Staff was efficient checking us in which was appreciated as we arrived really late after the ND CFB playoff game.

The property is not appealing to the eye at all. Our room was clean. One of the maids could not understand that we wanted 1 towel, so we just let it go. There was something splattered on the bathroom wall and a little cap that covers a screw on the back of the toilet was missing, but all in all we were very satisfied we would stay there again.

Good hotel but needs better water heaters

Clean and comfortable room. Didn't interact with the staff much, but what i did observe they were diligent at getting their job done. The only area of opportunity i experienced was the hot water in the shower. It was just a bit hotter than luke warm, even having it turned all the way up, and it only lasted 10 minutes.
