"Great location "

"For the cost of the room, one would expect the owner of the hotel to be more strict on maintaining this hotel, it is historic, the art is lovely, the staff are extremely kind and prompt to assist, but our room experienced a sprinkler that began pouring water from it and an air conditioner that was not fully functional, everything was covered in dust, the mattress was however extremely comfortable, the pillows and sheets were divine, the location of the hotel is great for why we were staying there, but personally, I will not be paying for a night to stay there again. Again, staff was AMAZING, especially responding to the leak, this is the hotel owners fault, not theirs."

"Great classic style with a nice bar attached. The only concern was parking. We did figure it out and it wasn’t super expensive. It was just confusing and inconvenient."

"The room was fine and the bed was comfy. The breakfast was sufficient, but maybe not add so many spices and peppers to the fried potatoes. Many people have problems with those. We enjoyed the non-lumpy oatmeal. Maybe offer more fruit options and not just apples. We had mixed experiences with the valets. The evening one was very helpful and friendly. The morning one, not so much. I had to actually ask him for help in holding the door while I struggled with my luggage. He just stood there. The picture of the entrance leads you to believe that this will be an elegant old time hotel, but nope, a bare entranceway and 2nd floor for check-in is under construction. Would not stay again because of the cost of parking."

"Parking had my husband and I a bit lost. It was NOT the fault of the VRBO owners. It is unfortunate that most of Cincinnati is made of one-ways, which my husband and I weren't used to."
