"Really nice hotel; room was large and comfortable, although more drawer/cupboard space would be appreciated. Hotel overall was modern and clean. Breakfast was manic despite there being lots of tables and serving stations, as the the hotel was busy and breakfast popular. Food could have been a bit hotter (as with most hotels) but good selection (apart from pastries - only mini croissants provided). Good location, 10-15 minute walk from the train station, 10 minute walk to the bus station (use the airport bus rather than Arlanda Express as it is much cheaper and takes about 20 minutes more). City hall around a 10 minute walk, with some nice restaurants along the front. Gamla Stan is 20-25 minute walk but a nice, scenic one. There's a metro station right next door if you don't want the walk."

"We absolutely loved this stay! The hotel room was the perfect size for both of us. The location was perfect in regards taking public transportation, along with any city bikes that we were able to rent. The beds were comfortable and everyone who was working there was very nice. It was one day that we started late in the day and the lovely cleaning lady still was able to clean our room, even though it was in the afternoon. It was much appreciated! We will be definitely be part more of the Marriott hotels in the future"

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Mälardrottningen Hotel and would gladly stay there again on a future visit to Stockholm. The hotel's location is excellent, just a short walk from Gamla Stan (Stockholm's Old Town), making it easy to explore one of the city's most historic and beautiful areas. While it is about a 15-minute walk from Stockholm Central Station, I found the waterfront setting to be well worth the extra distance. My room was on the smaller side, similar in size to my hotel in Tallinn, but it was spotless and serviced daily by housekeeping. The bathroom was modern and well-maintained, and the view overlooking the water was a wonderful bonus. The breakfast was the best of any hotel I stayed at during my trip, offering an excellent selection and a great way to start each day. I also appreciated the 24-hour front desk and luggage storage, which made arrival and departure much more convenient than hotels without those amenities. Overall, the Mälardrottningen Hotel offered an excellent combination of comfort, service, location, and atmosphere. While the rooms are compact, the beautiful waterfront setting, outstanding breakfast, and attentive staff made it one of the highlights of my stay in Stockholm. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and memorable place to stay."

"Room was only cleaned once in 8 day stay and it was cleaned on day 2 or 3. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was amazing every morning. Not much on site parking. Like only 5 spaces. Paid parking available across the street. It was a nice place to stay over all."
