Eldorado Springs Vacations

"Of course it was Boulder, CO so I had to pay a high price but I expected more value. The property was convieniently located and was basically kept clean. The problem is it is not well maintained for a facility of this stature. For example, the hand rails in the elevators were all loose and revealed that they were not properly installed. This sort of problem shows up in several areas of the room as well. The staff was helpful but always seemed to be somewhere else when you went to the front...

Only problem we received was a miscommunication on booking (requested a mountain view, got an apartment complex view... ask for ODD number rooms for mountain view) and it took 2 days to get the in room refrigerator fixed/replaced that was non-functional and leaking."
