"The fact that we have to PAY 15.00 per car to park in a parking lot that sits in front of the building and it’s connected to MULTIPLE businesses surrounding it including a gym and movie theater is just crazy. There are 2 other hotels in walking distance that have free parking. I use to love Hyatt been going for years. I will NOT return just because of that. I could see if I was in a ramp or needed assistance parking or if it was its own lot."

There was fighting above me all night so very difficult to sleep!!This place is a disaster and I requested a discount but they didn't give it to me. "
