"The condition of the bathroom was absolutely horrible! There was built up dirt and grime around the border of the flout. There was a 1 inch gap in front of the tub that the tile was never matched up to the tub. That was filled with grime and dirt as well. The tub was stained and there was no metal stopper or ring around the drain. It was just jagged edge. The shower was only a medium trickle. There was white paint all over the curtain. The night stand was so small and the phone took up most of the table. The phone did not work. The plugs in the nightstand did not work. The USB chargers did not work. The ice machine was broken. The person in the office offered to order us a pizza when my husband inquired about pizza places. It would cost us $20 for a $10 pizza if she ordered it. We ordered it on our own and my husband went to pick it up. The whole place looked like low income housing. For this we paid $75.00. Rip off!"

"Plumbing unpredictable. Without a toilet for 9 hours of the 12 we were there. Just a warning for anyone who is looking for an unaggravated means of relaxation. Management takes no accountability in a so-called bully type of demeanor. Where the customer is always right, their portion is I just can't take your word for it. Very strong odor of air freshener gave an indication upon check in that their trying to comceal a particular fonk. The room was nice in size and would have been comfortable but without a bathroom throughout the hours of 10p - 9a and no offer to exchange rooms, states we don't care for your kind or concern. Thank goodness for choices and fore warnings. I'll post the replies of corporate as I never received a response back from the manager as stated, for the sake of resolution. I frequent other locations and have never had an issue. "

"The check in personnel was inadequately trained and had to phone someone to help check me in. The room I booked wasn't available, and the only ones they had were not clean (@ 10:30 pm at night, seems someone wasn't doing their job that day). I was offered a lessor room, and since I had been driving for 5 hours to get here, I needed a room. They didn't offer to compensate me for the difference or even suggest any future comps on my next stay. "

"Going to Townhouse the Driveway was Rough for my Sedan car. The stay was okay but the Owner accused us of bleaching his towels when those was the towels that’s was provided . Everything was else was good . Host as attentive but next stay I will contact the host of everything I see wrong . Instead of being accused. Especially since I didn’t use none of the appliances besides the stove . "

"The location and check in process were good/convenient. The cleanliness and condition of the property were quite poor. Shower towels and rags are very worn down, master bedroom sheets are aged as well. Due to these downsides I would not recommend this property or rent in the future. "
