There was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and all the walls are paper thin so you hear anytime someone is in the halls. Very good location to visit beach and San Martin avenue and Peru avenue where there are a lot of restaurantes, cafeterias and bars. You can leave car in hotel and walk.
