The property is beautiful. It’s well maintained and is pretty serene. All the apartments have view to the lake and if you are taking a large unit you have your own deck where you can sit and enjoy the view in private, and meditate.

We arrived late but the security guard made it easy for us to park. Staff very friendly, breakfast was great. The access to the lake is so close to the property. The double bedroom that we booked was more than enough. Would recommend to anyone who travels to Lago de Coatepeque.

Amazing lake views + outstanding service. The lake view from the room alone was worth every penny, absolutely stunning, especially in the mornings. Front desk team gave outstanding service throughout. David was especially helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate a last-minute request. Drinks and breakfast at the bistro were highlights too. Griselda provided excellent, very polite and attentive service. Perfect spot for both an evening cocktail and morning coffee. Great place to stay if you are in the Santa Ana area or heading to the volcano. Highly recommended and would stay again.
