This unique vast villa is situated first line seafront in the exclusive residential area “Coveta Fuma”. Coveta Fuma belongs to the coastal city of El Campello and is situated very close to the capital of the Costa Blanca, Alicante.

-With 8 bedrooms we can receive 16 guests, however you can request 4 additional beds at a cost of €150/unit. per stay.
Towels, sheets and beach towels are provided.

As you walk into this vast villa you are taken by the visual impression that it is built in the sea, the floor to ceiling glass sided lounge gives unprecedented, unrivalled luxurious views of the sea and coast, from almost every room in this vast villa the sea and coast views are spectacular and unrivalled. We believe upon your first view this luxurious villa will encapsulate your heart and give the highest luxurious feel. The bringing together of traditional and modern within this luxurious villa is exceptional in design, taste and luxury!

From the villa you have amazing views to the sea and the coastline of El Campello and Playa de San Juan/Alicante. On a clear day you are able to see the island Tabarca

- The house has 2 X-boxes, a ping pong table and a billiard table.

- New built swimming pool of 11,5 m x 4,5 m with heat pump and whirlpool area beautifully tiled and light. Surrounded by the same beautiful marble terraces and incorporating a built in hot and cold showering facility. Price for heating pump for the swimming-pool in the winter saison per week 220,- € (temperature approx. 28º C)

- New very modern elevator for the 3 levels

Fantastic property

This property wants for nothing ideal for a large family group. Had a fantastic two weeks restful and the views are to die for. Vehicle hire essential.

Family holiday

Lovely villa quite a distance from anything so you definitely need a car and very hilly. The pool was amazing we had it heated and the children spent all day in it. We felt the villa needed a facelift, the blinds in some bedrooms were not good and the bedding was mismatched which was a shame. The bunk bed needs replacing as it is so squeaky you couldn’t move!! But we had a good time so that was the main thing

Spectacular villa, immaculate and spacious but serious checking in issues

Villa was outstanding. Slightly misleading info on website regarding proximity of restaurants etc. info said 15 minutes walk. It’s double that at least. And very hilly. One of reasons for choosing this villa was its proximity to bars etc. had I known I may have chosen another property. That said, pool etc was fabulous. Checking in was a serious problem however. I had notified owner/manager of our arrival time well in advance. Arrived at villa at exact time I had stipulated. 9pm. No one at villa. Had to phone manager. Was told they’d be 20 minutes as they were shopping. They turned up 50 minutes later. We had 4 very tired hot and hungry children in group. This must not happen again for anyone. Shopping for our group should have been done beforehand.

Prachtig huis aan zee

Mooie zeer ruime woning aan zee met verwarmd zwembad. Rustige buurt. Alle ingredienten om heerlijk te genieten van onze vakantie. Er is ook nog een mooie wandeling van 1 uur naar ruine vanaf het huis.

Excelente opción

La casa es impresionante, encima del mar, con unas vistas magníficas y un nivel de comodidad insuperable. Todo estaba muy nuevo y limpio, con espacios muy amplios y todo tipo de comodidades. Por poner un punto de mejora diría el tamaño de la cama, cuando te acostumbras a camas de 180 de ancho, las de 150 se te quedan pequeñas, así como el cubre colchón de plástico que con la humedad imperante no era lo más ideal. Todo lo demás de 10. Altamente recomendable para grupos numerosos o varias familias como fue nuestro caso
