"happy with the location, the suites are serviced so you feel looked after like a hotel. Big pity the pool was closed and we took the kids plus wet suits and the hotel had not advertised the pool closure plus were very uninterested in my complaint about it!"

"We were sent away to another property, MH Apartment upon arrival at Grandom Suites on Dec 28, 2019! We did not consent to this change!! We had planned activities around Grandom Suites neighbourhood. The apartment at the alternate location is old, yes spacious, but with dated fixtures. The bathroom is clean but unpleasant . The shower has no water pressure, and hot water was scarce, most of the time it was just lukewarm!! Not satisfactory."
