"Great little hotel. Absolutely perfect location. Our issue was that they put us in the very top floor. We had a lot of luggage. Elevator was not working and they offered no assistance. The last day the elevator worked for part of the day. I asked for a small refund, like waive the €11 euro tax, they said no. Was a winding wood staircase. 4 flights. With 2 50lb checked luggage and 2 carryons. Can’t beat location and hotel was clean. Room was fine."

"This hotel is a great option for an overnight visit to Colmar. The room was basic but clean and spacious and easily walkable to central Colmar. The room was well appointed and had outdoor space. Easily accommodated 4 people. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful and well organized."

"Very helpful staff with good English which was welcome after a long day on the road. Property had excellent parking facilities too. Could probably do with a bit of TLC but was clean and good for an overnight stay."

"Room smelled like there had been a dog there. Laundry facilities were broken and they ordered the wrong machines so we had to walk to the laundromat. Shower door hung badly causing flooded bathroom floor every time we showered. Kind of far from downtown but had great transportation nearby and 2 grocery stores within walking distance."

"The hotel is old, rooms are old, however, it was very, very quiet, safe and clean. The breakfast was excellent, very hearty with lots of variety. A great place to stay right outside of Freiburg with easy driving access to the old city. We would stay here again."
