"Lovely hotel, great room and staff very polite and helpful. We didn’t use the Spa facilities but we may stay longer next time and use them. It’s a shame the Brothers Grill was closed however we dined across the road and it was very good.
Lovely atrium area for a quiet chill with a local fruit beer! What’s not to like?
Bathroom in our room was spacious and working the shower out was simple.

"The hotel location next to the Waterloo battlefield is unparalleled.
My only comment is the hotel and room had no air conditioning. The room faced south and therefore no relief from the sun during the recent European heat wave.
Dinner in the hotel restaurant was very good and I recommend it."
